R3U series PLC performance characteristics
1. In addition to the programming port, each host of the series has a built-in 422 interface and 485 interface, of which the 422 interface can be directly connected to the touch screen, and the 485 interface can be MODBUS with the server, frequency converter, touch screen, stepper motor driver Master-slave or RTU ASCII communication.
2. This series of mainframes have 2-axis / 4-axis high-speed pulse and direction output ports. Among them, Y0, Y1 high-speed pulse output can be up to 200KHz, Y2, Y3 high-speed pulse output can be up to 100KHz, each host can bring 4 servers or stepper motors.
3.The frequency of the high-speed pulse input port using hardware counting can be as high as 500KhZ.
4. When using DDRVA and DDRVI commands, Y0 ~ Y4 pulse ports automatically use S-shaped curve acceleration and deceleration, which can effectively reduce mechanical vibration and improve the machining efficiency of the machine.
